Instructions
  1. Place the apples and 4 TBS (1/2 stick) butter in a pan and cook until soft over med heat.  About 5-10 min.  Sprinkle in the cinnamon and mix well.  Pour into deep dish pie pan.  Mix the melted butter, almond flour, eggs and honey.  Pour evenly over the apples.  Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes or until golden and bubbly.  We topped it with homemade sour cream and a drizzle of honey.
