Instructions
  1. Remove stems and slice pumpkins in half.
  2. Scoop out the seeds and set aside to dry or roast.
  3. Place the trivet inside Instant Pot and add 1 cup water.
  4. Place all four halves of pumpkins inside Instant Pot.
  5. Close lid, press manual and adjust time to 15 minutes (high pressure).
  6. Allow a 5 minute natural pressure release, then quick release the remaining pressure.
  7. Turn Instant Pot off and remove lid to allow pumpkins to cool.
  8. Remove pumpkins from pot and peel skin off flesh.
  9. Use a fork to mash the pumpkin then place in container to freeze.
